I used to terraform using 2 tile paths, and I didn’t really like it.

It always felt a little too simple, and it took me so long to discover my own style of paths. There’s no right way to do it, but if you want to learn mine, here’s how.

𝐂𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬; this is generally what I use to create my paths:

1. Log Stump (MA-4516-9102-6195)
2. Wooden Planks (MA-5794-1593-5727)
3. Flowers (MA-5167-4935-1953)
4. Leaves (MA-2666-2445-8950)
5. Brick (MA-1574-7508-6849)
6. Water (MA-6287-1458-0811)

𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐔𝐩; Not all paths need to be straight, create hearts/circles/windy single paths by rounding out those edges, and don't forget to overlap some customs on top of that too!

𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐓𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬; Don't want to use one path for the whole area? Easy, just use patchwork tiles to make it look interesting. If you layer over the basic paths with custom ones, you get a ton more variety!
