Struggle with procrastination and overthinking?

Here's a thread that will help you.
We mostly procrastinate things we don't exactly know how to do. Things that take creative energy.

- Starting a company
- Writing an essay
- Applying for jobs
- Etc.

Let's put all these goals aside and focus on creative energy.
Creative energy is like any other energy in your body, you get more of it when you eat well, when you rest and when you exercise.

You know how to do all these things. It doesn't take any creative energy.
Put your big future goals to the side for 2 weeks and only focus on gaining energy.

- Always carry around a bottle of water
- Eat one sallad every day
- Take a 30 min walk or run every day
- No screen time after 8pm and sleep before 11pm

For 2 weeks, make these your only goals.
After two weeks of building energy, you are already closer to your goal.

Now we will focus on clarity. Understand what you want, and what you need to do.
Write down the specific steps you need to take to get started. You know the steps, you just need to write them down.

What would be the first 3 steps of starting that company?
What do you need to write the essay?
What jobs do you want?
When you have written down the steps, take a break. Put the paper to the side a bit, take a walk and let your thoughts wander. Get some rest, eat well, build energy again.
Now you've done your prep work. You are ready to take action! You have energy and you know what you should do.
