The casket found inscribed in Mauryan Brahmi script reads,

'सुकितिभतिनं सभागिनिकं सपुतदलं यम सलिलनिधेन बुधसा भगवते सकियानम्'.

Acc. to Buhler, inscription meant that the casket containing the relics of Lord Buddha was donated by Sukirti brothers along with their sisters, sons and wives belonging to the Sakya clan.

But usual Sanskrit ignorant, J.F. Fleet translated inscription as:

'this is the collection of relics of Sukirti brothers, the relatives of lord Buddha and those of their sisters, sons and wives too'

Another instance of his Sanskrit illiteracy👇

Prof Harry Falk, expert on ancient Indian languages and the Indian historian, Charles Allen, discussed the authenticity of the inscription.
Harry concludes that this urn did contain the ashes of the Buddha.

Was Kapilvastu Tilaura Kot of Nepal OR Piprahwa of UP,India.

Lakhs of tourists visit Kapilvastu of Nepal as Budha spent 29 years of his life here

Declaring Piprawah as Budha's Burial Place may turn out economic disaster to our brothers.
