2. The latest sign of the insanity is the expanding list of corporate entities virtue-signaling their support for BLM in television ads, as well as donating bigly to supposedly BLM entities that are in reality front groups for the #Dementiacrat Party and Dementia Joe himself.
3. 4. The companies stupidly think they are paying protection money just like the small business owners did in all those mob movies we’ve watched over the years. The money would be better spent on security in order to reinforce law and order in the country!

6. F**k that! I served in the Navy for 30 years, obeying my sworn oath throughout and even unto this very day. Literally ANYONE and EVERYONE who supports the notion of a “black national anthem” deserves to be deported forthwith.
7. Here is how one of my black pals (USMC) puts it regarding the virtue-signaling crap he observes (and yes, there are a LOT of black – and other minority – conservatives in America who are fed up with the Antifa/BLM criminality, too!):
7A. We’re running out of options as conservative consumers. We all know about Nike and a few others, but more companies continue to cave to the left. Nike drove me to Under Armor.
7B. Then Under Armor caved after the mob basted one of their executives for complimenting Trump’s business ideas. That drove me to New Balance, who is now showing signs of cracking. I have New Balance account, so I get regular marketing emails.
7C. I got this one last night announcing their new “Pride Collection.” Give me a break! How long will it be before even New Balance starts embracing Black Lives Matter?
8. He’s exactly right. The only hope is that all of these PC companies need to get severely hit on their bottom lines just like Nike. Nike blames their 40% year-on loss in sales on the virus while ignoring the effect their Kaepernick caper had on previously loyal consumers.
9. I don't know what else to do other than flee the blatant virtue-signalers and try to find alternatives. We should be so lucky as to be able to give them all the “Nike treatment”!
10. My pal continued in the same vein while adding a dose of reality in a further email exchange:
10A. Not much we can do, brother. We can’t boycott everything. Conservatives seldom do that and everyone knows it.
10B. HECK, in spite of the undying support of conservatives, even Chick Filet executives are now caving to the left. This as Shawn King of BLM is calls for all statues of “white Jesus” to come down.
10C. Remember the days when the left used to say they wanted the government (read conservatives) out of their bedrooms? Liberals acted like they just wanted to be left alone. OK, so we left them alone.
10D. Conservatives are content to let liberals be liberals, but liberals are no longer content to let conservatives be conservatives.
10E. Societal norms evolve, and in democracies, they always move left. Our nation fought hard to eliminate “systemic racism”, and it succeeded. It is now being replaced with “systemic liberalism”, which has become increasingly radical in the last 10-15 years.
10F. Liberal privilege is alive and well. We are witnessing the Left get away with things now that we couldn’t imagine as recently as 2 or 3 months ago.
10G. If the Democrats are orchestrating this recent chaos in an effort to get rid of Trump, they’d better take heed, and fast. If they get their way, they may have unleashed an evil genie that will not quietly go back in the bottle.
11. He’s right except that there’s no “if” about whether or not the #Dementiacrats are orchestrating the chaos. Indeed, they are part of it with their governors & mayors refusing to obey their sworn oaths to protect public safety & enforce existing laws on the violent protesters!
12. Has a single one truly condemned the violence and criminality? Voting for and donating to #Dementiacrats is sort of like paying protection money. The #Dementiacrats are a political mob that dispenses goods and services using public funds – OUR money.
13. If there is any real “systemic problem” at the heart of that which they claim to be protesting, then that problem should be laid at the feet of all the #Dementiacdrat politicians who’ve run the cities into the ground over the past 60 years.
14. Because it sure as hell isn’t “white racism,” Republican corruption, “institutional biases,” or any of their other bugbears. And that the corporate sponsors who support and donate to BLM don’t get that makes them complicit. I’ve got better ways to spend my money.
