/ Today is the five year anniversary of the official opening of the FBI’s Mid Year Exam (MYE) file, to supposedly investigate the “matter” of Hillary’s private server.
/ What prompted the “matter” was a referral from the IG of the IC. They were concerned over possible foreign access to HRC’s classified, secret and top secret emails.
/ In actuality, the IC was most concerned that foia requesters and probably Congress not get access to material that would reflect badly on the BHO administration.
/ If there ever was a serious damage assessment made of foreign access to these materials, they sure kept it under wraps. What we know most about is the FBI’s phony criminal probe.
/ The five year statute of limitations for most federal crimes is now slipping away for the various acts committed in this obvious cover-up. Though many of the actors could truthfully argue they weren’t obstructing because the WH and Lynch approved of their approach.
/ History will remember the extreme contrast between the investigative and prosecutorial decisions made in MYE as compared to the Mueller investigation. That is, if studying history remains legal, which is now in doubt.
