Especially if you're doing it for yourself, like let's break it down:

-Marketing (Public Relations/Comm Relations)

On average if you are doing the absolutely maximum of content creating, on average it's about anywhere between 25-40 hours minimum on a weekly basis.

I've asked people why they don't add these valuable skills on their resume, and a lot say they fear that employers don't understand the content creating aspect.
But they do. Trust. They may not know verbatim the platform, but the content creation its a given.

As much money that y'all invest in these equipments i.e. PCs, Elgatos, Microphones, Software, etc., y'all really trippin if ya not biggin yaself up on all that labor y'all do.

There's more ways than one to gain exposure. That pinnacle of trying to reach "partnership" or what have you shouldn't be your only goal. Yes, this is regurgitated advice, but seriously: If you're not networking, building your personal brand, and making yourself stand out: WYD?!
