The hardest thing about creative work for me is knowing that I'm going to have to keep on making and showing flawed work for a very, very long time before I can get even close to some kind of mastery. Maybe my whole life. This blows because I have a massive ego.

I am deeply thankful for all of you that stick with me, and with other writers and artists, as we learn and grow. It's a long, messy, patient business which isn't well-suited to a culture of fast, convenient, throwaway consumption. Thank you for supporting the long game with us.
