Fauci has been the infectious disease response head honcho since 1984, he graduated med school in 1966. That year the Labour Force participation rate for women was 40%. (Its 60% now)
Its even starker if you restrict it to prime working years of 25-54. Prime Age LFPR for women used to 45% in 1966, and its 77% now.
