People "discover" this same phenomenon in literally every field every few months.
Fauci has been the infectious disease response head honcho since 1984, he graduated med school in 1966. That year the Labour Force participation rate for women was 40%. (Its 60% now)
Its even starker if you restrict it to prime working years of 25-54. Prime Age LFPR for women used to 45% in 1966, and its 77% now.
