What if there was a device that you could use to view the past?

A device that if programmed to the right frequency could take you anywhere you wanted to go in history

This might sound like science fiction, but many people believe is very real.

Let us discuss the chronovisor
Simply put a chronovisor is a device used to view the past.

Before diving deep into this conspiracy, we all use a chronovisor in one form or another.

A video recording is a view into the past

Even looking at yourself in the mirror is actually looking at your past self
Telescopes are a form of chronovisors. When we look into a telescope we do not see the present, but the far past.

If all these things exist, why isn’t it possible to create a device that lets us look back in our history?
According to the story a priest named Father Ernetti in the 1960’s was working on a way to isolate individual sounds from Gregorian chant

The priest was able to successfully hear the voice of his father on the recorder he was using.
The priests believed that human sound never disappears. He formed a secret group that included famed German scient Wehrner Von Braun

The team built this device, the chronovisor, to be able to tune into any place at any time in the past.
They observed the crucifixation of Christ, Napoleon’s speeches and ancient Roman plays.

Naturally people were skeptical because the priest would not let anyone view the machine

Instead Father Ernetti decided to go back to an ancient play as proof
Quintus Ennius is known as the father of Latin poetry. His work Thyestes was considered lost to history.

Ernetti presented the entire text to the play, which he claimed he viewed through the chronovisor.

Ernetti decided to take things a step further next
Ernetti next produced a photograph which he claimed to be of Jesus.

Someone quickly noticed the photograph Ernetti claimed was real was simply a reversed image of an already popular image of Christ.

Ernetti was exposed as a fraud and died in 1994.
During his life Ernetti was a highly respected priest and scholar. A relative of Ernetti’s claimed that he had confessed to making up the stories on his death bed but insisted the chronovisor was real.
The chronovisor works by processing and filtering electromagnetic data from past events.

Many believe the Vatican put a stop to the use of the chronovisor and still holds it deep in its walls. They couldn’t let the truth about Jesus escape.
It’s easy to dismiss the chronovisor as an elaborate hoax. In fact it’s quite likely.

But there are some who believe it’s very much real.

As long as videos, telescopes and mirrors let us glimpse into our past

The idea of a chronovisor must remain a possibility
