Essentially, A HUGE portion of the United States is claimed or historically was tribal land as recognized by the federal government,
Now add virtually the rest of the country,
And U get the idea of what the Supreme Court's new principle could mean for the country at large

Cleaving legitimate autonomy willy-nilly
among other reasons,
this is a really bad idea

Is there room for arguments of grievance by the 5 tribes, for sure, but you bring those arguments to Congress & you discuss them with your fellow Oklahomans,
U don't try to use a case involving a pedophile rapist to win over the Super Congre.....err i mean the Supreme Court
