When I wanted a period of another Wrestling War, it wasn’t about putting one out of business or rating supremacy, it was about injecting the companies like WWE, for years having been stagnant to get off their complacent a** and try again creatively.

Lately people I follow have pick sides and instead of coming together to celebrate this new rebirth era of wrestling on Wednesday Nights has become disheartening, and I’ll admit certain stars’ actions also was disheartening. All for counter-programming so long it isn’t consuming.
Seeing #NXTGAB and #AEWFyterFest should’ve been reassuring for many, to see these companies bring their A-Game. But no, it’s turned into a Spoiler filled travesty from fans and wrestlers. I’m genuinely tired of this infighting.
Hate that this period ideally should’ve made us be passionate about wrestling and shout to the world ‘I’m a fan!’ like the Monday Night Wars did has devolved into a toxic fest more than ever on Social Media.
I just want to be a Wrestling Fan, not a Fanatic for ONE Brand.

Not helped by all the recent events like COVID-19, Speaking Out, and all the bias attitude from fans, journalists and wrestlers, I’m genuinely tired of all that latter part.
COVID-19 was a natural illness disaster. Speaking Out was the event that needed to do a wake up call.

But the ratings obsession done by fans and certain wrestlers (Jericho) are seriously making me hope that #AEWDynamite 
or #WWENXT 
moves to another night to fully realize viewership potential and end this BS fan war.
