Here are two specific questions for @LozzaFox about his statement.

I hope these can be put directly to him, if he is interested in open debate, so as to challenge and test his ideas in the public sphere.
The "lie of systemic racism" is strong but very vague language. I wouldn't want to characterise our society as inherently rotten.

Does Fox accept the clear evidence that if you send CVs with identical qualifications but use an "ethnic name", you get less interviews - or not?
David Goodhart has said he doesn't know of any serious voice, from any political perspective, who does not accept the CV evidence. Does Fox?

A different term than "systemic racism" may be preferred. Eg, how to tackle continuing problem of "everyday discrimination" in recruitment
We may all sometimes doubt if Twitter can change minds.

I had this very constructive conversation about this the other day: the CV example was accepted as strong evidence in response to this challenge. https://twitter.com/SteveBakerforP1/status/1278029804076445697
Question 2 to @lozzafox

He thinks "Islamophobia" is "the biggest lie"

I often find that term can create confusion: it is anti-Muslim prejudice that matters. The critique of ideas (faith/political) must be defended.

So, does Fox accept that anti-Muslim prejudice exists?
I think there is clear evidence - see the contrast with this finding- that casual anti-Muslim prejudice is often somewhat broader/more mainstream than some other forms of overt racism these days.

Does Fox accept this - or is that what he is saying is "a lie"?
"Its not Islamophobic to critique ideas & engage in robust political/theology debates, on Islam/any faith. But crosses into prejudice if it criticises Muslims for being Muslim, stereotypes all Muslims,or is a debate on Muslims that Muslims themselves aren’t expected to be part of"
In my experience, some public voices depend almost entirely on a martyrdom pitch of whingeing loudly about what they're not allowed to say.

A better approach may be to ask them to set out what it is they think they're no longer allowed to say & to debate and interrogate that
A 3rd question to @lozzafox could be

Does he accept that there is a disproportionate impact of Covid on ethnic minority communities and "there is no doubt that this reflects structural inequality in our society that must be addressed?"

(To quote @michaelgove a week or two ago)
These are general public perceptions of who faces prejudice in British society (2018, Survation for British Future).
