Tahajuud "Night Prayer"; a thread
every night Allah (SWT) descends to the lowest heavens and calls out, He says who is there seeking forgiveness at the time when the 3rd of the night remains so I can forgive, who is there repenting so I can accept, who is there asking of their needs so I can give-
it's an open invitation from Allah to say you want to seek forgiveness? Here I am, you want to repent? Here I am, you want to ask me anything? Here I am-
people set their clocks for the time of Tahajuud, they haven't fullfied the Tahajuud but they will get up and call out to Allah. I get this call from Allah.. there is no doubt that Allah is calling-
Imagine you get up and actually look at the time and say wow, Allah is calling, Oh Allah I am the one, I am seeking, Oh Allah me, I want forgiveness, I have a need, I am calling out to you, I know that You are here to Answer me call out to Allah-
He will give you what you want, if it's tauabah and Istighfar, He will forgive you, if it's anything eles He will grant it to you when He knows it's the right time, He will give you when He knows is better for you so this the time of Tahajuud-
that's the most blessed time of the night, it's the last part of night is the part of Tahajuud, it's goodness, it's greatness

Tahajuud is a special Islamic prayer which is recommended (but not compulsory) for all Muslims.
how to perform Tahajuud?

1. set an alarm clock to wake up for or have a family member agree to wake you). Though the Tahajjud can be prayed at any part of the night, if possible, it is best to pray it after midnight, especially during the last third of the night.
2. Wake up and perform Wudu, the ritual ablution Muslims use to cleanse themselves before they pray or handle the Holy Quran
3. Go somewhere clean, quiet, and dignified to conduct your prayer. wear your normal prayer clothes, sit down on a prayer mat and face the Holy Kabah in Mecca as you would for your obligatory prayers
4. remove all worldy worries from your heart At the time for prayer, calmly focus and reflect on the glory of your Lord. Do not worry about fleeting worldly problems that are ultimately meaningless
5. Make your intention to pray known. As you start your prayer, you don't have to make this declaration out loud, Allah knows your thoughts, so your intentions will be clear to Him as long as your intention is clear to yourslef
6. Perform two rak'ats. start by performing 2 rakats Salah begins by standing and reciting verses from the Qur'an. If you are able to, then reciting long surahs such as Al-Baqarah, An-Nisā’ are highly commended, even if you can manage them only from time to time.
A man said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! How is the prayer of the night?" He said, "Two rak`at followed by two rak`at and so on, and when you apprehend the approaching dawn, offer one rak`a as witr."
7. Repeat rak'ats as you wish. Generally, two rakats is seen as the minimum necessary for a proper Tahajuud. However, it's possible to repeat as many more as you wish.

Prophet (ﷺ) used to offer 13 rak`ats of Tahajuud and that included the witr and two rak`at (Sunna) of Fajr
8. Add your own prayers (dua) after the rakats. After you've completed the number of rakats you set out to pray, you may add your own dua as long as they're sincere, respectful, and done in complete devotion to Allah.
9. Make the Tahajuud part of your routine. As an optional prayer, the Tahajjud certainly isn't something that any Muslim should feel compelled to do and there is no punishment for missing it. However, many Muslims choose to practice when they are able.
10. If you are unable to commit to praying Tahajuud every single night, then try build up slowly by establishing the habit of saying just two or four rakats two or three times a week, whatever you can manage, with the aim of building up over time.
if you have a problem and you haven't made Tahajuud or you haven't called out to Allah you have actually lost the plot! Allah has the solution to your problem, Allah has everything and you haven't called out to Him yet! set your clock tonight and do the Tahajuud, In'Sha'Allah 🤲🏻
