It takes an electron microscope to see a virus. That means even the photons of visible light are too large to image them

Look at the holes in masks, countless viruses could fit side by side through every hole

Any mask which could stop viruses would quite literally suffocate you
Even N95 filters are pointless, they would be even if the holes were small enough (which they aren't) - because when the air flow is restricted through low porosity, then the action of breathing in simply draws the unfiltered air in around the edges of the mask.
I have Brit military S10 respirators with nuclear biohazard filters (& suits). But I don't bother wearing one, because without a full body level 4 decon before you remove it, then it's pointless. Any viruses on your body, clothing, or in your hair will only contaminate you later.
By wearing a mask repeatedly it becomes contaminated with other viruses & bacteria from the simple action of touching it. The high warmth humidity bioparticulate environment quickly becomes a breeding ground. You then inhale that cocktail repeatedly - causing bronchial infections
If anyone has any questions on this subject I will be happy to answer them - including the properties and behaviour of airborne viruses, and how viruses interact with your body cells once infected.

Hopefully any mask wearers will now understand this subject in much greater depth
A positive pressure non porous suit is the only thing which can protect you from viruses. The pressure stops any punctures being lethal - all air goes outwards. You still need full decon before removing it, using an agent / UV which ruptures viruses, disabling their viability.
Possibility of infection in open air & sunlight is almost zero. UV light (sunlight) - high energy photons - destroy viruses, like a form of continual 'artillery barrage'. Photons tear apart viruses with kinetic impact, but also generate heat on impact, which damages viral DNA too
Photons don't have 'physical' mass (only energy & momentum), but getting in to that aspect doesn't serve any purpose in this context. What happens when a photon collides with a surface/object would take multiple Tweets to illustrate. Suffice it to say, they still destroy viruses.
