How to Use Writing to Sharpen your Thinking?

- Look, without writing it’s tough to put your thinking out.

- Write at least 2 pages daily on your ideas and various aspects concerning your life.

- This will exponentially enhance how you use words, Ask Questions, etc.

- After writing keep the most important things in writing with you and eliminate useless things.

- This writing session will help you generate ideas and will even help you to understand yourself better.
WRITING PROCESS 101

5-Step Process called 👉 W R I T E 👈

1⃣ W - what

- What do you want to write about?

- What’s are your feelings?

- What are you thinking about?

- What do you want?

2⃣ R - reflect on it.

- Reflect + Review

- Close your eyes. Do deep breaths. Focus
3⃣ I

- Investigate your thoughts and feelings.

- Start writing and keep writing.

- Follow the pen/keyboard.

- If you get stuck or run out of juice, close your eyes and refocus and continue writing.
4⃣ T

- Time yourself. Write for 25 - 30 minutes.

5⃣ E

- Exit by re-reading what you’ve written.

- Reflect on it.
