Let's see Evan's lies one by one

Evan thinks the media was on MJ's side in 1993.

Seriously.

Evan though he and his lawyer fed the media to slander MJ and the media refused to expose the holes in their allegations

Notice he says "the claims of my son". forgetting that his son did not have any claim at all until he took custody of him, give him some IV drug and "went on the attack" and lied to Jordan that he knew about very sex acts which Jordan later accused MJ of.

MJ's allegation that Evan was an extortionist was not a media campaign he filed extortion charges with the police because it was a fact that Evan did demand 20m form him on Aug 93 and blackmailed if he doesn't pay he would accuse him publicly.

Evan complains that MJ defended himself in the media but he "forgets" that he and his brother wanted to public a book attacking MJ and kept feeding the media with stories

Evan knew full well that Ray Chandler told the publisher he can publish that book because he was not part of the settlement. That book extensively quotes Evan and Ray couldn't have published it without his approval

June Chandler also declared that Evan kept feeding the media about the allegations

Evan pretends that he wanted to continue as a dentist after he extorted millions from MJ except his second wife declared that Evan had no interest in working at all and was living off his multi-millionaire son , Jordan

Evan had no problem abandoning his two young children in order to leech off Jordan

How come Evan didn't report any of these supposed death threats to the police?

And how come he complains when on July 8 he himself said he wanted a "massacre" and maximum publicity and in fact hired a "the nastiest son of bitch in town" to
"destroy everybody in site in any devious, nasty,
cruel way"

Evan is whining that the June 1995 ABC interview made it impossible for him to return to his dental practice.
Well, what was he doing between Aug 1993 and June 1995? Why did he wait till June 1995 to work again at all?

Amazing that he had no concern about any of this while planning the "massacre" and feeding the media with his made up story but suddenly when he wants 60m more he can't be a dentist ever again

1. Nowhere did ABC or Sawyer state that MJ was innocent or Evan was an extortionist.
2. If MJ's allegation that he was an extortionist had caused all this why didn't Evan sue MJ right after he filed those charges?

Why wait till May 7, 1996, when he filed his second lawsuit for 60 million?
It's more likely that by May 1996 Jordan made it clear Evan won't get access to his trust fund and Evan was looking for yet another way to make money with his false allegations.

where according to witness Gary Hearne he brought some wrapped gift to MJ and was upbeat going on, then hugged him and then turned on him when MJ refused to give him what he wanted

If he was only concerned about custody and his son's welfare why did he want to talk to MJ at all? Why did he want a meeting? Why didn't he tell the court that his son alleged abuse , why was he so upbeat AFTER his son supposedly told him he was molested?

Is it false that Evan was referring to money when he said "win big" when it's a fact that instead of going to the police he demanded 20m from MJ and then was willing to accept just 1m for his silence?

Hilarious that Evan keeps denying money was on his mind when he not only demanded 20m but was writing a book to make money with that too, then filed a 60m dollar lawsuit. Yeah , it was not at all about money

The prosecution's actions speak louder than words. They did not charge MJ partly because they knew that tape , Evan's monetary demands in Aug 93 would create more than reasonable doubt. Evan WAS a problem for the prosecution

Which is why Sneddon didn't even want Evan on the stand in 2005. He only subpoenaed June Chandler who was not caught on tape talking about a "plan" to "win big" and who did not write a book and who was not an unstable psycho like Evan.

The entire declaration reeks from Evan Chandler's narcissism , he always thought about himself a victim and was only concerned about himself. Gary Hearne's description of Evan during his 2016 deposition says it all

No wonder Evan lost that lawsuit and lost the appeal too.
MJ had the right to declare his innocence since he did just that in the very settlement Evan Chandler signed.
