White evie women have limited power: over their children, their household, and... other women. When you come after that power, they panic. I mean, wouldn’t you? Your entire self worth as an adult is wrapped up in this idea you can only influence other women....

And when you feel that influence slipping, because there’s another woman out there telling you that real freedom is possible, it’s terrifying.

Those women hoping you wouldn’t figure it out? They have to find a way to stay relevant, to make their narrative keep working in their favor. Because if they loose their power over other women, they’ll be forced to face reality: that they don’t have any real power at all.
