Coordinate. Get a group of 4 /5 / 10 young guys and all head up to VT for a week and learn to build a house.

I think it was my third or fourth date with my now-wife @LibertyFarmNH that I drove her up to Vermont and showed her a house I'd helped build.
Expensive signalling is effective.
Tools and skills are awesome.
Plus, you know, male friendship.
