1/ I'd like to get back to a place where we can get free-flowing and open debates -- not some pitched battle of ideologues who think dissenters should be hounded down until they learn their lesson and stay silent.
2/ I want a place where we can discuss complex issues in a complex way, evolve and learn - not a world where language is policed through ideology and any (perceived) transgression used to impose silence.
3/ I can clearly methods that have been used by propagandists since time immemorial. Attacking who people are is simpler than arguing against their ideas.

4/ I don't want to live in a world where the ability to seek the truth and think openly and question the status quo and learn and evolve is taken away from me by a stifling orthodoxy. I want to be able to bring walls down, not see new ones built around me.
5/ And I don't want people to tell me what I think, what I meant, what I should have meant, what I should have said, what I should not have said, what lane I should have stayed in, who it's OK to like 
. None of us should want that.

6/ We're all just a human being trying to make it through this weird temporary arc called life. Most of us want a world of tolerance, empathy, mutual respect, a life of purpose and a chance to spread the love we have to give.
