I've seen you half mock unconscious bias training but as a civic leader what actions are you taking to address the issues around racism your constituents face
As an elected official it's your honour and privilege to represent all your constituents, even before the tragic event's in America I contacted about the concerns unease and very real racism your Black constituents face
While gestures have come and passed people are working for change and stepping up to make a difference, you as a civic leader should be a change maker
A fair and equal society where everyone's contribution to that society where people can be free of prejudice and hate should transcend politics and it's something we all should be championing
