Everytime the topic of dissatisfaction from any region of the country arises, our leaders will say "the unity of Nigeria is incontestible" yet, the same leaders have politicized that unity. Because I don't understand why federal government projects cannot be centred
On ways to make the North and South interdependent. I'm not talking about the rob Peter to pay Paul system that we are currently running, I'm talking about economic and food activities. It is not news that the north have more food, I mean look at the large expanse of lands
So what is stopping the government from building trains that will link the very far north, to the very far south? Because if our unity is not contestable, for the life of me, I have never understood that train from Kaduna to Abuja. Why in God's name are we linking
A north central state to a north west state. Why do the northerners need to be more connected than they already are? I mean they already marry themselves 😂. All I'm saying is that, until we see a need to be dependent on each other, until there's an easy link between us,
that makes it easier for a Borno man to marry a Porthacourt lady, and have children who are just Nigerians, we have not yet started.
The state to state railway project does not make sense to me. Federal government projects should be projects that links the South to the North
And the North to the South. Let's not even talk about all the federal government roads. Everytime I travel from the north to the south, I'm in tears. Tell me, how will our children want to move from the North to the South? How will they get to know about Gombe: the Jewel of
the Savannah? Everytime I remember the name Sinzu, my mind just goes to our leaders. Everybody wants to take federal government project to their villages. And you say the unity is not contestable? You can't talk and not do.

But if we want to keep doing regional projects, no
Wahala. Let us go back to the regional system of governance. Because you see this taking of government projects to my back yard system that we are currently running, it is not sustainable.
