wanna start connecting with your ancestors? start saying “thank you so much for loving and protecting me.” every single day. this is how i started out and one day they wanted me to take our relationship to the next level.
i did this at the beginning every single day when i journaled. and it just started by me acknowledging that they are in my life and always protecting me. they already maybe contacting you, they are just waiting for you to notice. 
y’all wanted a thread so here it is! this is how i built my relationship with my ancestors to the point where they protect me, handle my enemies & bring my dreams to life

so like i said, i thanked them every single day and every single night before i went to bed. after i did that for a few months, something told me to contact them further. they were ready to deepen the connection.
you will know when they want to take your relationship to the next level, you will feel it in your bones. trust your intuition. so i decided to let them through!
i did a third eye meditation as i fell asleep with the intention, “any guides that are of love and light are welcomed.” make sure you specifically say this or something along these lines.
i personally have ancestors who i do not want to channel and who may not have my best interests at heart. saying that intention allows only those who want to help you in. so i fell asleep thinking this intention over and over.
at 3 AM i woke up, i felt a COLD ass wind on my ear and i just knew it worked and it was them. there was no fan on, and my bed was low. now, at that time i was a jumpy ass bitch and i could not handle that. lmfwkns
so i asked them to not physically contact me, and guess what? they LISTENED. that’s one way you can figure out if they are really your guides, they will not want to hurt you. now though they play with my lights and stuff like that but it doesn’t phase me.
after that, i started to meditate using that frequency. and one day, i met them face to face in my meditative state. i learned more about them and now i can call on them whenever i need them. we even have a designated place we meet up at.
at this place we talk, transmute energy, give guidance, manifest and so much more. it’s a beautiful place and it’s the safest place for us to meet.
you’ll know you’re connected with them when you start seeing them in your dreams, seeing synchronicities, and when you meditate. as you work on your connection, things will become clearer, especially them.
before you do the third eye meditation however, make sure your other chakras are balanced and you are grounded! things can go left and your energy can be depleted if you’re not properly prepared.
