Not bad, but not great.

... hard to say what’s ‘missing’
More wasabi? More Mango? More lime? More texture? Less?

Not enough gelatin to keep the Wasabi powder together?
Problem with how I dissolved the powered?

... eitherway, it’s a weird ‘dessert’ because the amount of wasabi actually stimulates the appetite.
