honestly y'all can unfollow me for this if you want but i think it's okay for butches/studs/masc/gnc women/lesbians to be wary of fem/mes and not feel in community w them, actually
people genuinely think masculinity is what makes someone a man and therefore "oppressive" to femininity when it's really manhood, and womenhood (even if u aren't either ur still affected by one or the other or both). consider gnc people's existence for even 1 second challenge
the amount of times i've seen fem/mes especially ones who aren't lesbians go on and on about how butches perpetuate "toxic masculinity" just like men do. are u serious ?
in what world does someone who is part of women as a social class has any bearing to perpetuate misogyny at the scale that men do ? even feminine men ? in no world, y'all just hate masculine women/non men soooo much it's disgusting
(and no i'm not saying women/non men can't perpetuate it at all but really ? just like men do ? are you sure ? when gnc/masc lesbians are among the biggest targets for hate within the lesbian community and even the LGBT community in general ?)
also when will people stop comparing gnc lesbians to men bc i'm really fucking tired
