[Thread] 👑⭐️ Some of my favourite photos of HRH Catherine The Duchess of Cambridge and HRH Meghan The Duchess of Sussex together

1. Wimbledon Parallels: The Duchesses attending the Ladies Finals in 2018 and 2019 🎾
2. Some more photos of them at the Ladies Finals from both years (2018/19) at Wimbledon 🎾👑

Would love to be a fly on the wall and hear what they Meghan was whispering to Catherine in the first photograph!
3. Commonwealth Day Parallels 👑🇬🇧

The Duchesses in 2018 and 2019 — Catherine was pregnant with Louis in 2018, and a year later Meghan was pregnant with Archie!

Also I love that they were in the same colours in 2018, they both looked so coordinated and were glowing!
4. Christmas Day 👑🎄

The Duchesses in 2017 and 2018 — Catherine was pregnant with Louis in 2017, and the next year Meghan was pregnant with Archie in 2018!

I love both their outfits in 2017!
5. Royal Foundation Forum, 2018 👑⭐️
I’m not sure when we’ll see both Duchesses together again, though I hope that Wimbledon Ladies’ Day appearances will be an annual event!

Also, regardless of which Duchess you’re a fan of, they are sisters in law and the constant comparisons have to stop
They are their own women, with different strengths, interests, personalities and style. It does nobody any good to compare them to one another, or to praise one while tearing down the other

Though they may not be best friends, that doesn’t mean they hate each other
This idea that you must only like one or that they must hate each other is so misogynistic. Pitting women against one another wasn’t okay when it happened with Diana and Fergie, and it still isn’t okay today

If you cannot be kind or respectful about either of them, say nothing
Most important of all, we must always remember that these women are sisters in law, and that they are family

By insisting and hoping that they hate each other, you’re also hoping that there is strife and discord in their family. What good does that bring into the world?
