Today should’ve been our Summer Concert day, however there will@be silence at @LandmarkArts instead of some glorious classical music played by local musicians enjoyed by a local audience.

A thread for your consideration.....
Like many other venues, @LandmarkArts is suffering financially from lost income and no govt support. We need venues to survive to allow community arts orgs to survive. Please support them by donating where you can.
We also fully endorse the @LightItInRed campaign to bring attention to the plight of many music and arts venues.
Please support the #LetTheMusicPlay campaign by adding the hashtag to your Facebook profile. You can do so here http://www.facebook.com/profilepicframes
Many professional musicians gain an income from community and amateur music organisations. Please support them by purchasing lessons on your instrument. More info can be found at http://www.musicteachers.co.uk
If you’re able to, please support professional musicians who are facing financial hardship. They need us now more than ever. https://www.helpmusicians.org.uk/support-our-work/make-a-donation
Finally, please write to your MP to bring the #LetTheMusicPlay campaign to their attention. The industry is asking for £50million to survive these unprecedented times. Here’s a template to help you. https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/10nX3L_MplJHyNW1vf2XScwbT0leoGubzeZA4wHk0kos/mobilebasic
