FBI 302 report of Mary McCord said investigation failed to find any info that warranted further investigation. Stated @GenFlynn was not needed for further questioning & investigation should be closed. This document never received approval.

FBI Agent Peter Strozk messages his lover, FBI attorney, Lisa Page that he’s happy FBI had been incompetent and investigation not formerly closed. Strozk orders investigation be kept open at direction from 7th Floor (FBI Leadership) (McCabe & Comey)

FBI agents own handwritten notes corroborate intent was to screw @GenFlynn over. It was a frame up from the start. FBI 302 reports were altered, prosecution was set in motion and ultimately threats to go after the General’s son led to a guilt plea for lying.

How were the FBI 302 reports altered?
- @GenFlynn wasn’t sure he’d spoken to Kislyak about sanctions; 302 modified to say he did NOT
-additional line added to 302 that later became a charge against General asking if Kislyak described Russian response (to sanctions) to Flynn

Year after the phone calls in question, @GenFlynn pled guilty to lying to FBI. Cooperated with Mueller probe.
-Clapper, who’s lied to Congress, crawled from under rock to applaud the rule of law prevailing
-Rule of law didn’t prevail; rule of law hadn’t even made an appearance

Rule of law says you can’t have investigation without probable cause. Why?

May 7, 2020 AG Barr moves to drop charges against Gen Flynn. Judge Sullivan refuses and appoints another prosecutor to file amicus curiae (friend of the court) briefs on why Flynn should still be pursued for perjury charges related to guilty plea.

15 other States AG’s admonished Sullivan to drop the case and not besmirch the impartiality of the judicial branch by making a political statement.

Why has Judge Sullivan fought so hard to ignore the DOJ, the appeals court, the EVIDENCE and keep from dismissing charges?
