Manchester United player ratings vs Bournemouth: A thread

disclaimer: this is purely opinionated if you would like to debate something feel free to but keep agendas out of this.
De Gea: 4
poor performance from de gea, first goal should have been an easy save and his distribution looked off and threw players into dangerous situations. looked a shadow of his former self.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka: 7
the kind of performance we've come to expect from him. showed some good attacking intent and did his job defensively.
Lindelof: 6.5
solid and did his job defensively. nothing too special though.
Maguire: 5
horrible defending for the first goal, should be doing a lot better. had some good moments afterwards but the mistake stood out.
had a couple of awkward moments in the last few weeks, clearly suffering from 3 months of lockdown. can only hope he gets back to it soon.
Shaw: 7.5
quickly becoming a very underrated player. again showed great attacking intent, linked up well with attacking players, drove with the ball well and solid defensively. out of position on occasion though.
Matic: 8
his worst performance of the last three games, which just goes to show the level at which he has been performing. controlled the game very well and assisted Mason Greenwood's second, gave the ball away a few times though.
Pogba: 8
a standard performance for him, the mark of a world class player. Pogba was disciplined and defended well, helped control the game, got forward + created chances and nearly scored with what would have been a sensational free kick. looks like he's loving his football.
Fernandes: 9
simply stunning. missed a big chance early on but created chances for fun, set up two goals and scored a brilliant free kick himself. £46m looks like it could go on to be one of the best deals in premier league history. him and Pogba get better together every game.
Greenwood: 9
scored two fantastic goals in 75 minutes to build on an impressive performance in midweek (1G 1A vs Brighton) and showed why he's rated as one of the best young players in world football. starting to become an undroppable player for solskjaer.
Rashford: 8
composed for his penalty but stats don't tell the full story here. once again Rashford's playmaking was quality, it's clear he's come back a much more intelligent player and was unlucky not to get an assist after a magnificent pass to Fernandes early on.
Martial: 8.5
on current form, Anthony Martial is arguably the best striker in the premier league and one of the best in the world. a stunning goal from outside the box was the cherry on top in a brilliantly rounded performance from Martial, who's proving to be a complete forward.
SUBS:
Fred: 7, his energy and tenacity caused Bournemouth a lot of problems and nearly scored.
James, Ighalo, Mata, Bailly: 5, first 3 had little to no impact and Bailly looked shaky after coming on at half time, giving away a penalty.
my thoughts:
performance reminded me of liverpool in 17/18. shaky at the back but simply blew teams away by scoring for fun. further investment is required at centre back and we require more depth in midfield and up front. encouraging signs though.
