II. All applicants have to do is provide the following documents:
a) Evidence showing current Anglo-surname given to them by a slave-owner.

b) Letter from slave-owner or BLM representative attesting to enslavement/servitude status.

III. c) Location of current plantation/area of work so slave owner can be documented

IV. e) Your preferred West African country of Repatriation - location where you want to be sent "home".
