Yah I'm gonna do ahead and say something.

I don't know where to start, so I'll just go with why the anti-trans bill was put into effect in Idaho. Was it started because trans girls were dominating sports in Idaho?
No. That's something that, to our collective knowledge, has never been a thing in Idaho.
Was the bill made preventatively because there's a massive increase in transgender students in Idaho schools?
Was the bill put into effect because Idaho lawmakers hate transgender people?

This isn't a hard question.
The anti-trans bill assumes that many trans girls are just JV boys who aren't great at sports, put on a wig and sign up for girls sports.

This is also not a thing that happens in Idaho.
Also, this doesn't take into account the science of being transgender. How does taking hormones affect your athletic ability?

If you think they don't, you're wrong. Hormone therapy is literally designed to change your body.
Ultimately, this falls under human rights.

This bill was put into effect in Idaho based on hate. Idaho lawmakers decided that it was better to discriminate against transgender students in order to "protect" high school girls from being discriminated against by trans kids.
The anti-trans bill is saying that we must discriminate against trans people because trans people, by simply existing, are discriminating against us.
This further insinuates that trans people are "other." A problem trans kids (and pretty much all LGBTQ+ people) deal with all the time.
And it is that "other" feeling that leaves trans people so scared. Resulting in a disgustingly high suicide rate nationally.
Trans girls don't want to dominate the Idaho Girls Basketball State Tournament.
Trans people just want to go a day without feeling like they're aliens. Or that they're broken.
P.S.

HS sports are not all about winning. Most important thing about HS sports is teaching kids things like responsibility, teamwork, being independent and self control, etc.
If you're willing to discriminate against trans kids for the sake of wind. What're the kids learning?
Oops. It's supposed to be "for the sake of wins"
