It's that the whole piece uses Blackness itself, dance, music, etc to elevate the reputations of people who hated the Blackness that is leveraged to play them.

Like I'm watching a Black man spitting lyrics as Washington who in real life would finish that scene and then go home to hang a Black father in front of his kids and then go to dinner like nothing happened.
I guess Hamilton is easiest to appreciate if you lack either the concern or the knowledge about the lives of Black people in the Revolutionary Era.
Otherwise it gets real tricky and much harder to process.
