The first model I painted for AoS, and my first army - A wild mix of Khorne & Skaven that served me very well in the wild west of AoS. RIP Grand Alliances.
My second army was designed with the SCGT Coolest competition in mind, and was a Cthulhu themed Nurgle force - or Cthurgle as it became known.
I then changed my initial Mixed Chaos army to a pure Bloodbound force with the introduction of dedicated factions & rules.
Next up were my ‘Scythes of Sigmar’ which were run as a @__Wintersoldier™️ build & the infamous Vanguard Wing
Then it was time to embrace Tzeentch, painted as part of the first from Ember to Inferno alongside @WarhammerGC @the_black_sun @forestreveries and one of the armies i’m most proud of.
For my very first @Realms_at_War event I rocked up with my Kadgetzan Overlords!
Then it was a foray into Deepkin with my ‘concept army’ which was painted to engage in conversations about the idea. Received a wild mix of positive & negative comments on the army.
Thanks to a @Gmac2610 ‘There Can Only be One’ campaign which encouraged highlander list building I ended up with my Cult of Set Dok army.
After playing a similar list and being very impressed, I created my own version of a Shootcast Stormcast army. It was fun watching Slaanesh players avoid playing it 🤣
Last years @Realms_at_War inspired me to complete my Black Rock Clan Ironjawz army. I need to play more games with this army!
One of my favourite armies to play (dead in the water now though) was my Feast Day build FEC army - could reimagine it as Blisterskin now.
My last painted army in the last 5 years of AoS is my recently completed Shikami Devils Bonereaper army. Now ready to roll some dice 🎲
Forgot my Slaanesh which were finished just befofd my Bonereapers
