Howard (LIB)1996 PM oath was to serve the people of Australia and be faithful and bear true allegiance to HMQEII (but not her heirs and successors)

RUDD (ALP) swearing in as PM Oath "I will well and truly serve the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA (ie the Corp), her land and her people"

Abbott (LIB) 2013 reinstated oath used by Howard, with the addition of ‘Queen of Australia’.

So after ALL of that - LABOUR government PM's swear ALLEGIANCE to the Corporation of Australia.

LIB PM's swear allegiance to us the land and the Queen NOT the corporation. BUT a) as an aside - if she is not the legal Queen there may be an issue that starts with a 'T' for anyone

in office who swears allegiance to her (except ScoMo who technically didn't)

More importantly if these letters from QEII did sack Whitlam or raise legal issues - does that reverse his policies that allowed for our fake constitution and Corporation under subsequent ALP PM's?

I know its complex, need to keep digging this rabbit hole but I sure as heck would like to know what if anything it means (other than the ALP dosn't give a Sh*t about the Australian people only corporation which we knew anyway.
