Something crossed my mind just now.
During my study, I learn a lot about how our feelings, however it was—it's valid. Because, yeah, we humans have feelings. Complicated feelings.

But, what if such words were being misunderstood and misled by others like maybe. Just maybe, abusive behavior happened because they
think it's normal to feel their anger. They have validation over such feelings? And make it up as their excuse?
"I mean, yeah bro. I hit you up because you pissed me off. I'm so sorry, but I guess it's valid to feel angry, yeah?"
Lmao idek this just crossed my mind.
I hate the moment where I have lots of leisure time, I tend to be emotional and overthink about something unrelevant.
Its fucking ****irrelevant
Ok so
I have discussed thing with my friend.
And yeah, I used this explanation. https://twitter.com/jiemiardian/status/1278991926365057025?s=19
It's okay to validate others feeling, but not always okay to validate how they cope with their feelings, moreover when they did it the wrong way.
But, I mean. You know stuff. I've had discovered some people who guilt trip, playing victims, and yada yada yada. Im just thinking if that kind of person are told about how we're not agreed with how they cope, won't they use the word "feelings are valid" as their shield?
"I mean, yeah.. I know, it's just me.. I've been like this all along... I'm so sorry, I thought you understand me but turns out I was wrong.. no one could ever understand me.. I'm sorry."
Or something—something similar but even more horrible. They tend to be excessive.
