Work daily to cultivate compassion and critical thinking. Develop an open mind to contradictory beliefs, treat people well, and care for yourself.

Any time you read or say something online, examine the second and third order effects. Does it increase derision and divisiveness? Is it sensationalizing? Or does it work towards unity and progress? Create solutions instead of noise.

Consider not following the people that do this nonsense. Enabling them with comments and "likes" perpetuates accumulating insane behavior and it becomes the norm.

I will start pointing this out, because it's ultimately harming our culture. Society can be better, but with any treatment, it requires introspection to build awareness to accept and take action.

Compassion matters, and it requires intent. And I think we can cultivate compassion and critical thinking, but it starts with individuals. So think about it. Talk or write about it. Please.
