Other countries had shown the benefits of SIP until you get consistent declines, masking, etc. Countries that didn’t saw massive infection rates. This was not an unknown.
He could’ve held her up as an example and said, “see, this is what happens,” and known that even if she took it to court, she’d have to spend all her go fund me money on it (which means no payday), and it would take a while.

Only now, he looks weak. He could’ve come from a position of strength, but instead, he looks like he abrogated his duty to protect his constituents in favor of listening to a band of underhanded “liberty” pirates who hate him and mock him behind closed doors.
