Why is it so bad that this article cites Jonathan Edwards saying that "God opens our eyes to see his beauty in a way we could not before and causes our hearts 'to have a relish of the loveliness and sweetness of the supreme excellency of the Divine nature.'"? https://twitter.com/CTmagazine/status/1278860763298500608
Edwards' views on divine beauty were shaped by his observation of the piety of his wife, Sarah Pierpont Edwards. How did Sarah find so much time to pray while Jonathan was busy writing and being a pastor and they were raising 11 children?

The labor of their household slaves.
I'll assume the best, that the author and editor(s) of this piece just didn't realize that they were using this particular theology to tell people (implicitly black people in particular) how to protest. If that's the case, I hope @CTmagazine won't leave the article as it stands.
