You saw it for Channel Awesome, Gearbox, Quantic Dream, etc, you’re seeing it now for LabZero, EVO, Ubisoft, etc. What happens when the one(s) in charge that control the entire company are the problem bringing it down? Without messy litigation, the boss never steps down and (3/8)

all that happens at that point is either the company folds, or worse (and more common), all the good people leave and all the disenfranchised people become complacent and indirectly help the shitty boss. The best you can do NOW is scare future abusers from doing the same. (4/8)

The thing that annoys me the most during the first MeToo crackdown is we clearly didn’t go far enough. We didn’t scare these chickenshits like Avellone into maybe not being shitty anymore because it’s too easy to get caught. (5/8)
