Ran a brief sim w/updated orbital elements: the precise moment of perihelion for Comet C/2020 F3 NEOWISE is tomorrow at 16:18 UT, 27.7 million miles from the Sun. Standing on the comet, the Sun would appear 2 degrees across, or four times larger than it appears from the Earth.
'If' Comet F3 NEOWISE survives perihelion tomorrow and remains bright (it's currently holding up nicely at +0.5 magnitude - https://www.cobs.si/ ) We could have a decent naked eye comet in late July.
But this weekend's dawn apparition for Comet C/2020 F3 NEOWISE is brief and bashful, with the comet lingering low in the dawn ~45 minutes before local sunrise. My bet's on seeing the comet at dusk come mid-July onward. https://www.universetoday.com/146455/comet-f3-neowise-may-perform-in-july/
