Like many, I was down at the beach last week. I wore my mask, socially distanced, took every precaution -- but still wanted to be sure, especially after the warning from @Delaware_DHSS.

This doesn't change the fact that I'm going to continue to wear a mask, practice social distancing + take extra steps to keep myself + my loved ones safe. COVID-19 hasn't disappeared.
BUT it definitely gives me some peace of mind, especially with the rise of asymptomatic cases.

There's a lot of stigma in our world right now about the actions people are taking. Some people can't afford to stop working (my parents are essential). Others can't afford to leave their house (my grandparents are extremely high risk).
We're all impacted by this.

And I know I'm not the only one who has anxiously felt their forehead or wondered if their exhaustion was a sign of COVID-19 or some other awful illness.
The least I could do amid all this was swab my cheeks and gums to get an official answer (+ know testing isn't hard!)
