If we look at closely it feature Laser warning system on both sides of turret as i have indicated in picture below, has RCWS & CITV with thermal, so does gunner sight with thermal.

Two optical sub system are located on both side of turret to detect incoming ATGM and Projectiles and lasers.

You can see the production variant has dedicated protected placement for optical sensors located on both sides of the turret.

The Explosive reactive Armour on ZTQ-15 seems to be FY4E, It has ability to resist tandem HEAT warhead.
