Step one, find your audio of choice. I'm going with this one. reblog it to your drafts.
step two: go to your drafts and press play on the audio. it will, unless you have defaults set, ask you what app to open it with. i always go through tumblr.
you will then be directed to a screen something like this. Press the 3 dots on the side and hit download.

rename the file something more easily identifiable and you're done! I'm not sure how many other people would want this but I'm posting it anyway
