Mobsters who have been untouchable for decades were arrested today!
French & Dutch police cracked the encryption in April & have been gearing up for the takedown since then.
Expect many more arrests as there are 60,000 users on the network including 10,000 in the UK!

So while this was the biggest law enforcement operation in UK history, it will not be the last as they only arrested 700 out of 10,000 so far!
Hundreds of law enforcement & staff were involved, and nothing leaked!
The data also identified dirty cops & employees with law enforcement agencies! These encrypted phones were used by the mid-level & top level gangsters who thought they were safely behind encrypted platforms!
Seizures include £54m in cash, weapons, 2 tons of drugs, 55 high-value cars & 73 luxury watches!
Metro police say they were able to disrupt 200 planned kidnappings or executions of rivals.
Well if they appeared to be successful, respectable business people, that means that they were laundering their money! Let's hope this leads to a lot of #receipts!

Apparently arrests have been slowly occurring since April but accelerated on June 13th after criminals realized the network was compromised.
Seems the mobsters knew they were toast because it was the National Crime Agency involved, I guess that agency is not as compromised as other organizations that might have been investigating them!
