White people have both positive and negative interactions with white people all the time. The negative interactions are never attributed to racism.

White people have positive and negative interactions with black people. Negative interactions are often assumed to be due to racism
It's simply assumed that negative interactions between whites and blacks are due to the white person's racism. (see: most "Karen" videos). However, no allowance is made for the fact that some baseline level of negative interactions will happen even in the absence of racism.
In other words, white people necessarily get blamed for "racist" intentions at a far higher rate than is actually true, which feeds into the paranoia about racists everywhere, which causes white people to get blamed more, etc., and there's literally no way out of this cycle.
Just take a random corporate statement recently, and you'll see them decrying the killings of Floyd and other saints, and they immediately connect it to the need to eradicate systemic racism. They never provide direct or even statistical evidence for that link.
