The 4 levels of financial freedom. A thread 👇🏽
Level 1: When your living expenses = your income. This is when you live paycheck to paycheck and have no other cash flows or investments.
Level 2: Includes more security. Your living expenses are still covered by your income but you have built an emergency fund (minimum 6 months of living expenses)
Level 3: You’re financially independent and debt free. You have investments that cover your cost of living.
Level 4: When your investments can buy anything you want. You can afford to do many things and it doesn’t hurt your pockets to do so. It is said that this magic number is making $400,000 a year.
