7. I think they have a witness. IMO it's Epstein but it also could be Michael Cohen who was likely the person who worked to get the Tiffany Doe case dismissed the week before the election. He could have the ability to testify about Trump admitting the Epstein related crimes.
8. If I'm right, I would expect Cohen to be under some form of protection. They could have the US Marshals watching him ostensibly to insure he doesn't flee.
