I just want to remind everyone that all this fandom drama going on right now is reflective of what's going on in the real world.
It's not exclusive to the fandom, nor is it okay anywhere.
Letting this taint the fandom for us as a whole, is a small picture thing tho—
The fandom is not racist, there are people who are, but they aren't the majority. I think it's important to remember why we're all here. Why are YOU in this fandom?
For me, it's a place of love and acceptance. It still is, you just need to focus on the right places.
I have met so many people who I wouldn't trade meeting for anything.

There are misguided people, but that's true anywhere you go. There are actions to be taken, but that's across the whole world as well. It doesn't mean we should allow horrible things to be normalized, but—
We can't reasonably say that Bronies are bad when it's an issue of the whole world right now.

I am certainly on the side of racial equality. Black lives matter so so much, and there needs to be change in AND out of the fandom.
