Today is the last business day within 5 years of Crowdstrike's emergency no-bid contract with the FBI. And the FBI has successfully stalled answering foia requests on that topic for 3 years.
Hopefully, the contract was legal, because the most statutes of limitations for federal crimes are 5 years. By way of background: https://twitter.com/15poundstogo/status/1260390333730426881
What is missing from this timeline? Crowdstrike's FBI contract, and it's work for the DNC on the Bernie firewall lawsuit, among other things. https://www.crowdstrike.com/blog/bears-midst-intrusion-democratic-national-committee/
Old, long thread on the topic. More questions than answers. Even today. https://twitter.com/15poundstogo/status/1127654914082181121
And what's missing from this part of Crowdstrike's timeline?
Bonus points for whoever can answer that question (in English, or Italian)....
Btw, I am not assuming that Crowdstrike did anything wrong. But the public deserves a lot more disclosure on this. That’s what foia is supposed to be for.
