This is Wenonah, Head of Events. She and her team have organised the logistics and scheduled all the events. That’s 63 live lectures and 94 subject sessions. She’s done an absolutely phenomenal job. We wouldn’t be here without her! (2/8)
For each sessions we have 3 roles: the presenter, the co-host, and the technical producer. They are social distancing by sitting in rooms next to each other in our Monica Partridge Building. (3/8)
Presenters?! I think we used to call them lecturers. They are at the heart of all of this – inspiring and enabling prospective students to find the subject and course that’s right for them. (4/8)
While the presenter and co-host are speaking next door, the producer is queuing up what will be shown on screen next. (5/8)
We’re filming from campus so the online sessions are as high quality as possible. Home wifi doesn’t have good enough upload speed. This is Ian who has been key to ensuring we have such a smooth technical delivery. (6/8)
Meet Chris, our Project Manager. I love Chris. He joined the project 8 weeks before go live. It’s thanks to Chris that we were able to move from an extraordinary vision into practical delivery in such a short space of time. (7/8)
And these people are still working from home. This is our project steering group. They’ve led the way by clearing the way - finding the resources we need, making key decisions, and trusting the project delivery team to get on with it!

Our online events would not be possible without an enormous number of people from across the University coming together.
I really hope the people watching at home, who are thinking about studying at university, are able to see what’s so extraordinary about UoN. I certainly do.
