We need return to Drag Race 10 & address the racial bias within the RPDR fandom tracing back to the shows earliest seasons. Insert drama, and BIPOC queens are often villainized while white queens are seen as misunderstood/victims for similar situations.
The Vixen: a thread!
The Vixen: a thread!
This thread’s purpose is to focus on The Vixen, the most notable Rugirl and moments that challenge us to acknowledge/address implicit bias. It’s important to *listen* to Black queens on these matters, so it’ll include dialogue from queens like Bob, Shea, and Peppermint

Part lll: That reunion special...
Asia O’Hara becomes emotional when Rupaul and a number of the queens don’t see things from Vixen’s perspective and mentions how it’s their job to try to help.
(Let’s think about how this exit was received vs someone like Adore’s exit on AS2)
